Alfa e-Parts introduces new family of EGTS sensor with 490 original-quality part numbers

Alfa e-Parts portfolio already exceeds 6,000 spare parts

Alfa e-Parts, the newest brand of electrical and electronic parts that is part of the European Division of BBB Industries (BBB), presents its third expansion of a catalog that already exceeds 6,000 part numbers. There are 650 new products of more than 30 different product types, and a new product family, the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensors or EGTS, key for the exhaust system.

These sensors, which measure and monitor the temperature of the exhaust gases in multiple locations in the exhaust system, are strongly complementing Alfa e-Parts catalog with 490-part numbers. These products come from the original manufacturer, OEM, and after a smart consolidation exercise, Alfa e-Parts provides the maximum OE codes coverage with the minimum number of parts, allowing customers to optimize space and cost-effectiveness.

This launch also features another new product, idle control valves. These parts regulate the air flow to ensure idle stability when the throttle valve is closed. Also featured are 30 camshaft solenoid valve, 22 door locks, and 20 auxiliary water pumps.

Original quality and smart consolidation,

maximum excellence and optimized stock

In this release there are 505 new original quality part numbers, coming from OEM manufacturers: 490 EGTS codes (Exhaust gas temperature sensors) and 15 codes of various sensors and switches highly demanded in the market.

In addition, in the case of the 490 EGTS codes, are parts with the concept of intelligent consolidation recommended directly by the OEM manufacturers. These parts apply to a large number of vehicle models, which allows have fewer spare parts available to meet the needs of our customers. Thanks to this work of unification and optimization, our offer allows our customers the maximum coverage of vehicle ranges, a smaller stock, a greater rotation of parts, and a better fill rate.

Whether it’s an aftermarket part or OE quality part, all Alfa e-Parts products are manufactured according to the same rigorous standards of the automotive sector, meeting the highest quality standards, and offering the same warranty. The entire process is exhaustively controlled, from design and development of the initial sample, through to mass production.
